I am a seasoned facilitator, researcher, and learning expert with over 15 years of experience bridging elite academic rigor with actionable, pan-African enterprise innovation.
I am an African, Kenyan-born and globally shaped. Growing up surrounded by both the systemic challenges and the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit of Kenya instilled in me a profound drive to bridge the 'missing middle.' Today, my expertise lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship ecosystems, family business continuity, business model innovation, design thinking, and lean startup methods.
My professional journey has been one of connecting contrasting worlds—translating the raw, lived experiences of rural agricultural hubs in East and West Africa into the boardrooms and high-tech corridors of the UK and Asia. Through this cross-continental lens, my mission has become crystal clear: to completely reset the research culture. We can no longer afford for knowledge to sit idle in academic journals. We must weaponize data, strategy, and engaged scholarship to build sustainable, self-reliant ecosystems that will secure the economic future of the next generation.
